Post #23 : Wonder, Wondered, Wondering
Wonder
What will happen if I take up full time study instead of part time like now?
Wondered
My financial is not strong. Huh, even my parents could use come cash right now. Should I look for a job instead?
Wondering
How's life going to change, especially during Ramadhan. For now during the day, I didn't go out at all. Full time study, there will be classes I need to attend, activities to do and so on.
Insya-Allah, with the help from Allah, I will make the right decision.

Third day of this holy month! Alhamdulillah, I am still able to fast, all thanks to Allah the Merciful! Today, I finished the book Imam-Imam Yang Benar and alhamdulillah, the story of four great imam of Ahlus Sunnah Waljamaah greatly moved me. They faced so many hardship in their journey to uphold Islam. Masya-Allah, may Allah bless them.
I spend almost the entire day finishing up the book I mention earlier. Mouth still dry as ever. With dry mouth came phlegm. Yucky stuff really, but I have to get used to it. Every time I woke up it's the same scenario. Only different this time is, it happen when I am awake. My mouth get all sticky and uncomfortable. But all of that is nothing compared to the blessing of being able to fast in this holy month of Ramadhan
Alhamdulillah, I am able to perform the terawikh prayer tonight. Hopefully I will stay strong throughout the month to continuously perform the terawikh prayer, Insya-Allah.
May Allah bless me and all of you in this holy month. May He forgive all of our sins and guide us to the right path, Insya-Allah.

Ramadhan Mubarak to all Muslim! Second day into Ramadhan..just like a normal day for me, except I can't drink. This is quite a challenge since I need to drink frequently to keep my tongue and apparently my throat hydrated.
1 Ramadhan 1433H
Ramadhan started excellent for me. Went for terawikh prayer on Friday and fast on Saturday. I don't feel hungry at all, thanks to cancer I guess since I can't eat and only drink specially formulated milk. So, I'm used not to eating. Alhamdulillah, no feeling of fainting whatsoever!
Though my mouth and tongue does get really really dry. The side effect of radiotherapy that I have to deal for the rest of my life. I constantly have to gargle the solution for dry mouth the doctor gave me. Actually, they advised me not to fast it my mouth hurt. But, I can do it, but no talking and no going out door during fasting. Hahaha.
As for sahur, I tried eating congee my mother made (I love you Ma), but couldn't eat it. I settled with the formulated milk. For ifthor, I ate fried pasta and didn't hate the taste! Alhamdulillah! After Maghrib, we went to the mosque for Isyak and terawikh. Turn out, the mosque organise a simple tahlil before the terawikh, and it is planned for every night throughout Ramadhan. They did a full tahlil before ifthor at the mosque.
And I didn't watch tv or movies or Facebook that day. I keep on reading this book entitled "Imam yang Benar". The book narrated about the life of four great Imam of Ahlul Sunnah Waljamaah.
2 Ramadhan 1433H
For sahur today, I only drink the milk. I fell asleep after Subuh prayer since I did not sleep since last night. I don't know why I couldn't sleep for two days straight! Maybe it's a sign for me to utilize this holy month to the fullest..but being me, I ignore it :(
I still continuing my book from yesterday. It have 690 pages, good luck me! Haha. And no tv or movies for me. I hope I will able to uphold this no-tv-movies self ban until the end of Ramadhan or maybe longer :)
I actually hope to go out and buy some bookshelf and study table for my room but since my mouth is like the Sahara Desert, I wouldn't be appropriate for me to go out and gargle water in public, since it is actually makruh! If I stay quite and talk to no one, I wouldn't even need to gargle anything. Though at some point I have to because the pain become quite unbearable.
-Edit-
Didn't go to terawikh tonight. Mom and dad too. After Maghrib I fell asleep and just woke up. Feeling too tired today, don't know why though. But in any case, I hope to utilize tonight to the fullest, Insya-Allah

So, I am more determined than ever to go to full time study mode. I just can't wait to get out from this house. this place, this area!! Though from here to Kedah is only like, 500km (yes, so near, I know) I'm still hype about it! The thought of going away for 3 years and live there is very refreshing indeed!
Now, I can continue my study part time but it would take 5 years to complete my goddamn degree! Plus, I don't want to work for the time being, therefore I think it is the best decision that I can make. Actually there are many factors contributed to my decision making. Most of it are personal matter and wouldn't be nice to let the whole world know about it. Suffice to say, I hate the place I', living now and I want to go somewhere else. Oh, that is the number 1 factor in my decision making!
Well, let me finish my last paper this coming Saturday and next week I'll go to the part time department and ask them. I just hope everything went smooth. Insya-Allah.

This person is a caretaker since the beginning of time,
It was said that the Emperor of China has the same caretaker,
Though this person is a servant of the house and responsible for all the housework,
But this person is also a teacher that the whole family respect,
When this person is alive, the whole world is secure,
When this person dies, the whole world would be flooded.
Can you guess who is this person?

Well, majority of people do aim for fortune and fame with blogging, but not me. This is place of sharing and bashing, and life sharing too. Hahaha.
I still have one paper left and then I will be free from semester 2 of my study! And guess what, the lecturer said the notes was too old, and didn't give anything at all to read about this subject and that is the same lecturer who said personal blogging are useless..well, you're useless! Ooops!
I'm still jobless, I have no idea what to do with my life. Maybe everything will be decided after the final say from the doctor about my cancer.
Oh, I've been downloading movies, well HD movies and my 1TB external hard disk is almost full! I really have to find a way to make money to buy a new external hard disk as well as a new laptop since the one I'm currently using is old and the speaker is not working anymore, plus the laptop get hot after 5 minute I switch it on.
Money. Money. Money.
Sick? Money! Need new laptop? Money! Marriage? Money! Eh? Hahahaa

Post #13 : Ways of Eating Fruits
We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting it and just popping it into our mouths. It's not as easy as you think. It's important to know how and when to eat.
What is the correct way of eating fruits?
IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUITS AFTER YOUR MEALS! * FRUITS SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.
If you eat fruit like that, it will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities.
FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD. Let's say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit. The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so.
In the meantime the whole meal rots and ferments and turns to acid. The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil.
So please eat your fruits on an empty stomach or before your meals! You have heard people complaining — every time I eat watermelon I burp, when I eat durian my stomach bloats up, when I eat a banana I feel like running to the toilet, etc — actually all this will not arise if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach. The fruit mixes with the putrefying other food and produces gas and hence you will bloat!
Graying hair, balding, nervous outburst, and dark circles under the eyes all these will NOT happen if you take fruits on an empty stomach.
There is no such thing as some fruits, like orange and lemon are acidic, because all fruits become alkaline in our body, according to Dr. Herbert Shelton who did research on this matter. If you have mastered the correct way of eating fruits, you have the Secret of beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness and normal weight.
When you need to drink fruit juice - drink only fresh fruit juice, NOT from the cans. Don't even drink juice that has been heated up. Don't eat cooked fruits because you don't get the nutrients at all. You only get to taste. Cooking destroys all the vitamins.
But eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice. If you should drink the juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it. You can go on a 3-day fruit fast to cleanse your body. Just eat fruits and drink fruit juice throughout the 3 days and you will be surprised when your friends tell you how radiant you look!
KIWI: Tiny but mighty. This is a good source of potassium, magnesium, vitamin E & fiber. Its vitamin C content is twice that of an orange.
APPLE: An apple a day keeps the doctor away? Although an apple has a low vitamin C content, it has antioxidants & flavonoids which enhances the activity of vitamin C thereby helping to lower the risks of colon cancer, heart attack & stroke.
STRAWBERRY: Protective Fruit. Strawberries have the highest total antioxidant power among major fruits & protect the body from cancer-causing, blood vessel-clogging free radicals.
ORANGE: Sweetest medicine. Taking 2-4 oranges a day may help keep colds away, lower cholesterol, prevent & dissolve kidney stones as well as lessens the risk of colon cancer.
WATERMELON: Coolest thirst quencher. Composed of 92% water, it is also packed with a giant dose of glutathione, which helps boost our immune system. They are also a key source of lycopene — the cancer fighting oxidant. Other nutrients found in watermelon are vitamin C & Potassium.
GUAVA & PAPAYA: Top awards for vitamin C. They are the clear winners for their high vitamin C content.. Guava is also rich in fiber, which helps prevent constipation. Papaya is rich in carotene; this is good for your eyes.
Drinking Cold water after a meal = Cancer! Can u believe this?? For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.
I get an email regarding this. And I totally agree! Prophet Muhammad S.A.W have been eating fruits before every meal thousands of years ago. This way of eating may spare you from cancer...It just may. You got nothing to lose if you try it.
